Winds decrease some between  systems Tue, before another front lifts north into the waters on  Wed.    $$
   PZZ255-252345-  Coastal waters from Cascade Head to Florence OR out 10 NM-  254 AM PDT Mon Mar 25 2019    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS IN EFFECT THROUGH  LATE TONIGHT  SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WINDS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM PDT THIS  MORNING THROUGH THIS EVENING    TODAY  SE wind 5 kt, becoming S 15 to 20 kt with gusts to  25 kt. Wind waves S 3 ft at 5 seconds. W swell 7 ft at  12 seconds. Rain.  TONIGHT  S wind 15 to 20 kt. Gusts to 25 kt this evening.  Wind waves S 4 ft at 5 seconds. W swell 7 ft at 13 seconds.  Secondary swell SW 6 ft at 8 seconds. Slight chance of tstms in  the evening. Showers likely.  TUE  SE wind 10 to 15 kt, becoming S 5 to 10 kt in the  afternoon. Wind waves S 2 ft at 4 seconds. W swell 6 ft at  12 seconds. Secondary swell SW 5 ft at 8 seconds.  TUE NIGHT  NE wind 5 kt. Wind waves NE 1 ft at 4 seconds. W  swell 5 ft at 12 seconds.
