.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Relatively
calm conditions will persist through midweek. North to northeast
winds increase very slightly today, but both winds and seas
will remain below advisory levels. A long period swell will move
through the waters tonight into Tuesday with a brief return of
light southerly flow over inner waters that shifts back to the
north on Wednesday. North winds could increase enough Thursday or
Friday to bring conditions hazardous to small craft, especially
south of Cape Blanco.
