.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough will strengthen along the coast through Friday morning. This
will maintain gusty north winds and steep to very steep seas, with
high seas beyond 5 nm from shore. Conditions improve north of
Cape Blanco later Friday as north winds ease, but hazardous
conditions will persist in the south. Improvement in all areas is
expected over the weekend, though with steep seas likely to linger
in the southern waters Saturday through Saturday evening.
