.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough pattern will maintain gusty north winds and steep to very
steep seas through Monday. Conditions worsen today as north winds
increase to gales south of Cape Blanco this afternoon, and steep
to very steep seas spread north of Cape Blanco. Winds ease tonight
into Monday, but steep to very steep seas are likely to continue
through Monday night. Conditions improve for all areas by Tuesday
and likely persist through the remainder of the week with a low
west-northwest persistent swell.
