.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS....Large steep NW swell
continues through today. Winds shift to southerly and could gust
to 20 kt in the afternoon. A wind surge is forecast to develop
after frontal passage tonight and provide gale force N gusts
mostly for the outer waters on Thu. Gales are most likely in the
southern outer waters. Conditions settle down on Fri before a
series of powerful frontal systems bring a threat for gale and
storm force winds Fri night through Sun night.
