.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Wind and seas will
remain low through at least Wednesday with the region in between
storm systems. A 14 second swell is expected to build to around 5
to 6 feet by Monday night. Mid week winds are expected to become
southerly and increase to near gale or gale by late Thursday and
particularly Friday.
