.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...North winds continue
to increase over the waters. Winds will increase to near-gale or
gale force in the outer waters, around Point Saint George, and
around Cape Mendocino throughout the day today. By Monday night,
the combination of strong northerly winds and short- period wind
waves will create hazardous seas conditions across the outer
waters with steep seas pushing close to shore even where winds are
weaker. Strong northerly winds with steep and hazardous seas will
persist through the first half of this coming week.
