.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to decline in the coastal waters. Steep seas will also
diminish, although they still meet small craft criteria very early
Friday. These steep seas will diminish by early to mid morning.
Much calmer conditions are expected for the rest of Friday;
however, winds will build again into Saturday. Storm force winds
are forecast to build Sat through Sun. Extremely dangerous and
very steep waves capable of damaging vessels are forecast by Sat
night and Sun.
