.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS....High pressure building
in causing an increase of northerly winds to fresh to strong
breezes with wind waves building to 6 to 8 feet. Northerly wind
waves will mix with a mid period westerly swell up to 9 feet. The
stronger northerly winds will push farther offshore Monday night
into Tuesday with lighter northerly winds persisting through the
work week.
