.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to gradually decrease and push further offshore. Gusts
in the outer waters will continue to exceed 25 kts this morning
but will continue to weaken and will be isolated to just the
southern waters by Thursday evening. A minor mid period westerly
swell will continue to decay into the weekend. Winds and seas
will both be unseasonably calm by the weekend.
