.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate to fresh
north winds will continue to increase in the outer waters today
with some near gale force gusts, especially in the lee of Cape
Mendocino, by the evening. The inner waters will stay much calmer
with generally gentle winds. Northerly winds will diminish Monday
but will likely return and push close to shore by mid week.
Besides short period seas and winds, a series of long period
westerly swells will impact the waters peaking Monday night.
