.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
continue through the weekend. Near gale to isolated gale force
gusts are possible by Saturday afternoon around the lee of Cape
Mendocino and around Point St. George. Nearshore winds will be
much lighter outside these areas. Steep wind driven seas will
develop through Sunday night. The northerlies will begin to
quickly subside Monday as a troughing pattern returns.
