.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds
continue to increase, especially south of Cape Mendocino with
gale conditions. Gale conditions then spread north through the
outer waters Sunday. Steep 6 to 9 ft seas are forecast through
Sunday night. Much lighter winds and seas are expected for Monday
through Tuesday.
