.SYNOPSIS...Moderate north winds in the far outer waters continue
to gradually weaken today. Though winds are weakening, strong
winds just outside the outer waters continue to support some steep
mid period seas up to 9 feet. Along with wind waves, small
southerly and northwesterly swells also continue through the week.
Stronger north winds, likely to gale strength, return Friday into
the weekend.
