Northwest winds will prevail through the evening with locally
moderate occasionally gusty winds along the immediate coast,
particularly south of Point Sur, between Pescadero and Davenport,
through the Golden Gate gap, and north of Point Reyes. Northwest
winds ease and begin to back towards the west overnight and
southwest tomorrow ahead of an approaching storm system that will
bring showers and potentially thunderstorms across the waters
through mid week. Moderate northwest swell continues through
Sunday, with a stronger northwest swell arriving Monday, bringing
hazardous seas conditions for smaller vessels.
