   PZZ500-251015-  234 PM PDT Sun May 24 2020    .Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including  the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank  National Marine Sanctuaries...    As high pressure weakens, moderate northwest winds will gradually  subside across the southern and inner coastal waters. However,  though locally breezy conditions will remain over the northern  outer waters which will generate steep fresh swell creating  hazardous seas conditions for smaller crafts. Mixed seas will  persist with a short period northwest swell and a longer period  southwest swell.    $$
