   PZZ500-172115-  200 AM PDT Sun Oct 17 2021    .Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including  the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank  National Marine Sanctuaries...    Light to locally moderate southwest winds the rest of tonight  ahead of an approaching cold front that will move through the  waters this afternoon and evening. This front will produce some  rain showers along with locally breezy winds associated with the  frontal passage. Winds will shift back out of the northwest and  increase in the wake of the front this afternoon and remain gusty  until tonight. These winds may result in hazardous seas conditions  for smaller vessels. Moderate northwest seas will persist through  mid week with a weaker southerly swell. The primary swell will  shift more westerly mid week.    $$
   PZZ535-172115-  Monterey Bay-  200 AM PDT Sun Oct 17 2021    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH  THIS EVENING    TODAY  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 25 kt with  gusts up to 30 kt this afternoon. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft,  increasing to 3 to 4 ft this afternoon. W swell 2 to 4 ft at  13 seconds. Showers likely this afternoon.  TONIGHT  W winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves  1 to 2 ft. W swell 3 to 5 ft at 11 seconds. Showers likely.  MON  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves  2 to 3 ft. W swell 4 to 6 ft at 12 seconds.  MON NIGHT  NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft. W swell  4 to 6 ft at 12 seconds.  TUE  SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft. W swell 2 to  4 ft at 12 seconds.  TUE NIGHT  SE winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind  waves 1 to 2 ft. W swell 2 to 4 ft at 11 seconds. Showers likely.  WED  SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 ft. W swell 4 to 6 ft.  Showers likely.  THU  S winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 1 ft. W swell 6 to 8 ft. A  chance of showers.    Locally lower winds and seas across sheltered portions of the bay.      $$
