   PZZ500-052330-  249 AM PST Fri Mar 5 2021    .Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including  the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank  National Marine Sanctuaries...    Generally light to moderate southerly winds will prevail through  tonight ahead of an approaching frontal boundary. Winds will  continue to be strongest over the northern waters north of Point  Reyes. Rain will accompany the frontal boundary tonight and winds  will become northerly by Saturday morning in wake of its passage.  Moderate northwest swell will also continue to result in  hazardous conditions for small craft through Saturday before  subsiding on Sunday. Another low pressure system approaching from  the northwest will bring more rain and larger swell early to mid  next week.    $$

Wind waves  7 to 8 ft. W swell 8 to 10 ft at 16 seconds. A chance of rain  this morning. Rain this afternoon.  TONIGHT  NW winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Wind  waves 3 to 4 ft. W swell 10 to 12 ft at 16 seconds. Rain.  SAT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft. W swell 9 to  11 ft at 15 seconds.  SAT NIGHT  N winds 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft. W swell  7 to 9 ft at 13 seconds.  SUN  NW winds 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft. W swell 8 to  10 ft at 14 seconds.  SUN NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind  waves 3 to 4 ft. W swell 13 to 15 ft at 16 seconds.  MON  SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 1 ft. NW swell 10 to  12 ft. Rain likely.  TUE  SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 1 ft. W swell 9 to 11 ft.  Rain likely.    $$
