Diego, a 1000 mb low was over Las Vegas, NV. A coastal eddy will
be present at times through Sunday. The eddy is expected to
strengthen again Sunday night and Monday before weakening again
later Tuesday. Winds with gusts near 20 kt expected in the outer
waters in the afternoons/evenings through Sunday.
