At 1 PM, a 1030 mb high was centered over north-central Texas and
a 1013 mb low was near Santa Barbara. Weak offshore flow is
expected today and tonight. Onshore flow returns from Sunday
onward, but may briefly turn weakly offshore again Sunday night.
Southerly flow will increase Wednesday as a weather system
arrives.
