   PZZ700-212330-  235 AM PST Sat Dec 21 2024    .Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...  At 2 AM, a 1023 mb high was over the southern California Coast and  a weak trough of low pressure to 1019 mb was over the Gulf of  California. This very weak onshore flow with weak offshore flow  overnight will continue through Saturday, with onshore flow strengthening  for Sunday and Monday, and becoming even stronger Tuesday. Patchy  dense fog with visibility down to 1 NM or less remains possible  this morning and again each morning through at least Tuesday. A  series long-period westerly swells of 8 to 11 feet are expected  Sunday through at least Tuesday, especially in the outer coastal  waters.    $$
