At 12 PM, a 1021 mb high was 1200 nautical miles west of San
Diego, a 1012 mb low was over the Four Corners Region. Occasional
gusts will exceed 20 knots near San Clemente Island through Monday
evening. Weaker winds and an intermittent eddy circulation will
follow tonight and Tuesday. Stronger northwest flow returns
Wednesday into Thursday, followed by weak offshore flow on Friday.
