Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure over Central America will slowly
move northwestward through Sun as high pressure builds over the
western Atlantic. This pattern will support fresh to strong east
to southeast winds and rough seas over the central and northwest
Caribbean through Sun night. Winds and seas will start to
diminish across the basin late Sun through mid week as the
pressure gradient relaxes.
