   AMZ001-211400-  Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to  19N between 55W and 64W  946 PM EDT Sat Apr 20 2019      .SYNOPSIS...A stationary front over the far NW Caribbean will  dissipate Sun. Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail across  the Caribbean and tropical N Atlantic, with the exception of  strong breeze NE winds N of Colombia. Trades will slowly  diminish through Wed night, then increasing back slightly  towards the end of next week.    $$
