Synopsis for the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...A 1006 mb gale center, remnants of Jerry, is
currently near 28N63W and strong convection is noted over the
eastern semicircle. Strong to gale force winds and rough to very
rough seas will persist north of 25N between 57W and 64W through
tonight as the system progresses northward. Meanwhile, a 992 mb
gale center centered off the Carolinas extends a cold front to
western Cuba. Fresh to strong winds and rough seas are noted west
of 72W. Winds and seas will diminish through late Mon as the low
pressure moves NE and away of our area. Looking ahead, a cold
front will move southward to the east of Bermuda Tue into Wed,
bringing fresh to strong winds and rough seas to the waters north of
25N and east of 70W.
