SCAs are in effect for all waters except the Pamlico and Pungo
Rivers starting tonight due to strong post-frontal northeast
winds. Infrequent gale force gusts are possible on Monday across
the coastal waters south of Cape Hatteras. High pressure moves
offshore the second half of the week, bringing lighter southerly
winds.
