Infrequent gale force gusts are possible on Monday across  the coastal waters south of Cape Hatteras. High pressure moves  offshore the second half of the week, bringing lighter southerly  winds.    $$

A chance of rain in the afternoon.  MON NIGHT  NE winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt,  diminishing to 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 ft.
