Small Craft Advisories  are in effect for all waters with a few gusts to Gales possible  between the capes tonight. A brief period of more benign  conditions expected Tue morning and afternoon before additional  periods of small crafts are possible once again Tuesday night and  Thursday with Gales possible this coming weekend.    $$
