High pres will build over the waters on Tue. Low pres will  approach from the W on Wed.    $$

Seas 2 to 3 ft, building to  3 to 5 ft after midnight. Wave Detail: E 2 ft at 3 seconds and S  2 ft at 8 seconds, becoming NE 4 ft at 4 seconds and S 2 ft at  8 seconds. A chance of snow early this evening, then snow late  this evening and overnight. Light freezing spray late. Vsby 1 to  3 NM, decreasing to 1 NM or less late this evening and overnight.  SAT  N winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
