stalled front south of the waters. High pressure retreats to the
north tonight as a warm front lifts into New England with winds
shifting southeasterly by Friday morning. Winds shift southwesterly
Friday night before shifting offshore as a cold front crosses the
waters. Another area of low pressure tracks north of New England
Saturday into Sunday.
