An upper level low pressure system will slowly drift across the
Northeast through Monday. There will be scattered afternoon showers
but those will mainly keep to the mountains and little precipitation
is expected over the waters. Otherwise the forecast remains dry and
winds are expected to be light with small seas into the middle of the
week.
