Easterly to southeast flow will prevail over the waters through
tonight with high pressure centered over Atlantic Canada. A cut off
low in the western Atlantic will send some moisture into the Gulf of
Maine Wednesday along with building seas. Increasing easterly flow
will develop Wednesday night into Thursday as low pressure forms near
southern New England. This low will exit to the northeast Friday
morning.
