Canada will continue steady east winds today. Increasing moisture
today will result in fog, drizzle and showers over the waters. East
to southeast winds will increase tonight into Thursday morning as a
frontal system sweeps across New England bringing periods of moderate
to heavy rain. This system exits by Friday morning with winds
turning offshore.
