.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM
High pressure will hold over the waters into Tuesday before a cold
front begins to approach the coast Tuesday night. Southwest winds
will increase with gusts at or above 25 knots Tuesday into Wednesday
when the wind direction shifts sharply to northwest. Seas will also
build to around 5 feet outside of the bays by Tuesday night. High
pressure will return for the second half of the work week and allow
winds and seas to diminish.
