High pressure builds over the waters Tuesday and Wednesday.  Southerly flow increases Wednesday night into Thursday morning ahead  of approaching low pressure from the west.    &&    $$

Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Light freezing  spray late this morning.  TONIGHT  NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N after midnight. Seas 2 to  3 ft. A chance of snow after midnight with vsby 1 to 3 NM.  MON  NE winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  A chance of snow. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  MON NIGHT  N winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt after  midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  TUE  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft.  TUE NIGHT  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 2 to  4 ft. Moderate freezing spray.  WED  NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.
