   ANZ154-170400-  Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out  25 NM-  858 AM EST Fri Nov 16 2018    GALE WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON    TODAY  NE winds 20 to 30 kt, becoming N this afternoon. Gusts up  to 45 kt. Seas 12 to 17 ft. Rain, mainly this morning with vsby 1 to  3 NM.  TONIGHT  W winds 10 to 20 kt, increasing to 15 to 25 kt after  midnight. Gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft, subsiding to 5 to 8 ft  after midnight.  SAT  W winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft,  subsiding to 3 to 5 ft in the afternoon.  SAT NIGHT  W winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to  5 ft.  SUN  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, becoming W 5 to  10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft.  SUN NIGHT  SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 2 ft. A chance of rain  and snow. Vsby 1 to 3 NM after midnight.  MON  W winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas around 2 ft.  A chance of showers. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  MON NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas  around 2 ft.  TUE  N winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft.  TUE NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to  5 ft.    $$
