.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Low pressure moves over the south coastal waters with periods of
heavy rainfall through the overnight hours. Steady winds out of the
northeast 10 to 15 kts. Becoming drier on Wednesday with winds out
of the north/northeast. This will be followed by a wind shift to the
south for Thursday through the weekend. SCY wave heights thorugh
Tuesday evening becoming 3-4 feet from Wed-Sat.
