.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Rain returns today with the passage of another low pressure. Rough
seas expected across the outer coastal waters this weekend, but not
anticipating winds to be overly strong. Another low pressure should
pass south of the waters with a cold front sometime Monday, followed
by briefly quiet weather on Tuesday.
