.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Showers and embedded thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and
evening across eastern waters. Gusty northeast wind late tonight
into Monday as a weak mid-level low pressure system moves east of
the waters and towards the Canadian Maritime. This will be followed
by a ridge of high pressure taking control of the waters through the
middle of next week. Periods of shower and thunderstorms return to
the forecast for second half of week.
