Waves 1 foot or less, then around 2 ft this afternoon.  TONIGHT  SE winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt after  midnight. Gusts up to 25 kt. Waves 2 to 3 ft. A chance of rain  after midnight.  MON  S winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Waves 2 to  3 ft. Patchy fog. Rain. Vsby 1 NM or less, increasing to 1 to  3 NM in the afternoon.  MON NIGHT  S winds 25 to 35 kt. Gusts up to 45 kt, increasing  to 55 kt after midnight. Waves around 2 ft, except 3 to 5 ft at  the outer harbor entrance. Rain. Patchy fog in the evening with  vsby 1 to 3 NM.  TUE  W winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Waves around  2 ft, except 3 to 5 ft at the outer harbor entrance. A chance of  rain in the morning.  TUE NIGHT  W winds 20 to 25 kt. Waves around 2 ft.  WED THROUGH THU NIGHT  S winds 15 to 20 kt. Waves around 2 ft.    Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the  average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave  heights may be more than twice the significant wave height.    $$
