1 to 3 NM, decreasing to 1 NM or less.
TONIGHT
N winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: N 4 ft at 5 seconds. Patchy fog in the
evening. A chance of rain in the evening with vsby 1 to 3 NM.
