A cold  front moves into southern New Eng Sat afternoon and night. Low pres  develops off the mid Atlc coast Sun and tracks S and E of the waters  late Sun and Sun night. Weak high pres moves into the waters Mon,  then an arctic front will cross the waters Mon night followed by  gale force westerly wind gusts and moderate freezing spray into Tue.  High pres builds into the waters Tue night moving offshore Wed.    $$
