Vsby 1 NM or less.  WED  S winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 10 to 15 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Patchy fog. Patchy drizzle. Vsby 1 NM  or less.  WED NIGHT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas around 3 ft.  THU  NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NE in the afternoon. Seas  2 to 4 ft.  THU NIGHT AND FRI  E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  FRI NIGHT  E winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S after midnight. Seas  3 to 5 ft.  SAT THROUGH SUN NIGHT  E winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to  20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.    Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the  average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave  heights may be more than twice the significant wave height.    $$
