Seas 3 to 5 ft.  TONIGHT  S winds around 5 kt, increasing to 5 to 10 kt after  midnight. Seas around 2 ft. Snow likely.  FRI  S winds 10 to 15 kt, diminishing to 5 to 10 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Snow with a chance of rain. Vsby 1 to  3 NM.  FRI NIGHT  W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW 15 to 20 kt after  midnight. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft.  SAT  N winds 10 to 15 kt. A chance of snow showers.  MON NIGHT  NW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas  6 to 9 ft. Freezing spray likely.    Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the  average of the highest third of the waves.
