.Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor...
The waters will remain between strong low pressure over Eastern
Canada and high pressure situated over southern Canada and the
Upper Midwest through the start of the weekend. The high will
build over the waters Sunday and remain in control Monday, and
then shift to the south and east into the middle of next week.
