Weak high pressure attempts to  build from the west as weak low pressure passes well south of the  waters on Thursday. High pressure will be located over the waters  Friday into the first half of Saturday. A cold front moves across  by Sunday morning and may briefly bring the ocean at small craft  advisory levels late in the day Sunday and Sunday evening.  Otherwise, conditions on the ocean may stay at marginal small  craft levels into Monday.    $$
