   ANZ300-210930-  1009 PM EDT Thu Sep 20 2018    .Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor...  High pressure will remain over the Canadian Maritimes and into the  mid Atlantic states overnight, then weaken Friday ahead of an  approaching cold front. The front will move across Friday night  into early Saturday morning. Strong high pressure builds to the  north of the area this weekend and then offshore early next week.  A frontal system will then impact the area Tuesday into Wednesday,  ending with a cold frontal passage Wednesday night.    $$
