   ANZ300-221415-  939 PM EDT Thu Jun 21 2018    .Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor...  A cold front will dissipate over the region overnight with high  pressure building north of the area. The high lifts to the north  and east on Friday as a frontal system approaches from the  southwest. A warm front passes late Saturday into Saturday night  and will be followed by cold fronts on Sunday and then on Monday.  High pressure returns for Tuesday and Wednesday.    $$

Seas 2 to 3 ft. Areas of fog.  Vsby less than 1 nm.  FRI  E winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt in the  afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft.  FRI NIGHT  E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Chance of rain  after midnight.  SAT  E winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 4 to  5 ft. Chance of rain.  SAT NIGHT  S winds around 10 kt, becoming SW with gusts up to  20 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Showers likely.  SUN  SW winds 5 to 10 kt.
