A strong  low passes well southeast of the waters from offshore Carolinas  Saturday night into Sunday to near the Canadian Maritimes Sunday  night. High pressure builds in on Monday and remains in control  through Wednesday. Coastal waters may be impacted by a passing  coastal low Wednesday night.    $$
