   ANZ400-191015-  617 PM EDT Tue Sep 18 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK  ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...    A cold front continues to move offshore early this evening,  pushing the remnants of Florence out to sea. High pressure  builds in from the north and west on Wednesday, then moves off  the Northeast coast on Thursday. A cold front passes through the  region late Friday, then may become stationary over the Mid-  Atlantic into the start of the new week as high pressure builds  to the north.  $$
   ANZ431-191015-  Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE-  617 PM EDT Tue Sep 18 2018    TONIGHT  N winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 20 kt late. Waves  2 ft or less, then around 3 ft late this evening and overnight.  Showers likely with a chance of tstms early this evening, then a  chance of showers and tstms late this evening.  WED  N winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, diminishing to  5 to 10 kt late. Waves around 3 ft until late afternoon, then  2 ft or less.  WED NIGHT  E winds 5 to 10 kt, diminishing to around 5 kt in  the late evening and overnight. Waves 2 ft or less.  THU  SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 2 ft or less.  THU NIGHT  SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 2 ft or less.  FRI  S winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 10 to 15 kt with gusts  up to 20 kt in the afternoon. Waves 2 ft or less, then around  3 ft in the afternoon.  FRI NIGHT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Waves  around 3 ft.  SAT  W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW 5 to 10 kt in the  afternoon. Waves around 3 ft in the morning, then 2 ft or less. A  chance of showers.  SAT NIGHT  NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 2 ft or less, then around  3 ft after midnight.  SUN  E winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 3 ft. A chance of  showers.  SUN NIGHT  E winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves around 3 ft in the  evening, then 2 ft or less. A chance of showers.    Winds and waves higher in and near tstms.    $$
