High pressure then builds along the East Coast  late tonight and strengthens through early next week, leading to a  period of very warm and dry conditions into early next week. A cold  front moves in for the middle of next week, bringing and increasing  chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday into Thursday and  cooler temperatures by the end of the week.    $$
