   ANZ400-011300-  710 PM EST Wed Dec 31 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK  ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...  A weak area of low pressure will pass to the north with a  trailing cold front moving through the area early in the morning  New Years Day. High pressure looks to build in beginning  later in the day and continuing into the weekend. Low pressure  and an associated cold front will pass through the region  Tuesday into Wednesday next week.    $$
