High pressure will be persistent off the east coast through
Thursday while a cold front gradually approaches from the north
Friday Daily thunderstorm chances continue for the remainder of the
week. Gusty winds and frequent cloud to ground lightning will be the
primary threats with any storms. The front may push to the south by
Friday night before returning again Sunday into early next week.
Small Craft Advisories may be needed Friday night.
