Mostly dry conditions  Tuesday, then daily shower and thunderstorm chances return to the  forecast, with gusty winds possible in the strongest thunderstorms  especially later this week. Additional Small Craft Advisories may be  needed at times late this week due to periods of southerly  channeling.    $$
