   ANZ500-122300-  336 AM EST Wed Dec 12 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...    Surface high pressure will reside over New England through Thursday  as a weak boundary lingers just south of the waters. Low pressure  over the Deep South will approach the waters from the southwest late  Friday into Saturday, with unsettled weather potentially persisting  into Sunday. High pressure will build over the waters early next  week. Small Craft Advisory conditions likely Friday night and into  Saturday.    $$
