   ANZ500-250900-  959 PM EST Tue Feb 24 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...    Brief high pressure will return to the waters today with a warm  front set to cross late tonight into Wednesday morning. A cold front  will cross the waters Wednesday into Thursday with an area of low  pressure passing to the south Thursday night into early Friday.  High pressure returns for the weekend with a stronger front early  next week. Additional Small Craft Advisories may be needed at times  for portions of the waters during this period.    $$
