High pressure will be persistent off the east coast into the middle
of the week. Shower and thunderstorm chances take a brief reprieve
today before returning Monday into much of the upcoming week. Gusty
winds and frequent cloud to ground lightning will be the primary
threats with any storms. Special Marine Warnings will be a
possibility each day Monday through Friday.
