A cold front approaching from the upper Ohio  Valley will follow for Monday. High pressure will build in from the  Midwest Tuesday, then another cold front will approach from the  west Wednesday into Thursday. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed  for portions of the waters Wednesday night.    $$
