A strong cold  front crosses the area Monday. A line of strong to severe  thunderstorms is expected to cross the waters Monday afternoon to  evening. Dangerous wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and waterspouts  are possible. High pressure returns for the middle to latter  portions of the week. Small Craft Advisories will likely be needed  through Tuesday. Gale conditions are also possible Monday into  Monday night.    $$
