Dominant period 4 seconds.  SUN  NW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W 5 to 10 kt late in the  morning, then becoming S 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to  4 ft. Dominant period 7 seconds.  SUN NIGHT  S winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming SW 20 to 25 kt in the  late evening and overnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft, building to 5 to 6  ft. Dominant period 6 seconds.
