Seas 4 to  5 ft. Dominant period 7 seconds. Areas of fog in the morning.  Showers until late afternoon, then a chance of showers late. Vsby 1  to 3 NM.  TONIGHT  NW winds 20 to 25 kt, increasing to 25 to 30 kt in the  late evening and overnight. Gusts to 40 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.  Dominant period 8 seconds.  TUE  NW winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt, becoming W 10 to  15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft, subsiding to 4 to 5 ft in the afternoon.  Dominant period 10 seconds.  TUE NIGHT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt  after midnight.
