Vsby 1 to 3 NM  late this morning and early afternoon.  TONIGHT  W winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SE after midnight. Seas  3 to 4 ft. Mainly SE swell. Dominant period 8 seconds. Patchy  fog. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.  SUN  SE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S 10 to 15 kt in the late  morning and afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Dominant period 4 seconds.  A chance of rain in the morning.
