   ANZ899-092030-  341 AM EST Sun Nov 9 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front across the  central waters will move N as a warm front early today into  tonight. Low pressure will develop along the Mid- Atlantic coast  today, then track NE along coastal New England tonight into Mon.  The low will pull a strong cold front across the waters tonight  through Mon night, followed by several secondary cold fronts or  low pressure troughs through Tue. A high pressure ridge will  pass quickly E across the area late Tue and Tue night. A series  of cold fronts or low pressure troughs will cross the N and  central portions Wed through Thu night. High pressure will build  over the S waters Tue into Tue night, then shift E Wed. After a  passing cold front or low pressure trough Wed night, high  pressure will rebuild across the S and central portions Thu and  Thu night.    $$
