   ANZ899-210445-  1006 AM EST Tue Jan 20 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A pair of cold fronts over the  area this morning will pass E of the waters later today. High  pressure will build E over the region tonight into Wed, then  shift E of the area later Wed and Wed night. Another cold front  will cross the waters Thu into Thu night. A stronger cold front  will move SE across the waters Fri and Fri night, then stall just  S of the area Sat. The front will then lift back N into the area  as a warm front Sat night as low pressure develops NE along the  boundary. Mariners are advised to monitor updated OPC forecasts  for this potential developing system. A high pressure ridge will  build SE over the N waters Sat and Sat night. The NAVTEX  transmitter in Charleston is not operational at this time.  Technicians are aware, and parts have been ordered. However,  there is no estimated time for its return to service.
