   GMZ500-GMZ501-271100-  537 PM CDT Sun Jul 26 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR PASCAGOULA TO ATCHAFALAYA RIVER OUT 60 NM...    Surface high pressure centered across the northern Gulf will  maintain benign marine conditions today, with winds generally around  5 to 10 knots and seas of 2 feet or less. The ridge will gradually  shift southward, establishing a predominantly westerly flow regime  through the middle of the workweek.    There will be the usual diurnal increase in winds over the eastern  waters where winds approach and sometimes slightly exceed 15 knots  during the evening and part of the overnight hours before  diminishing. May be limited periods where Small Craft Exercise  Caution headlines may be necessary, but it would be a borderline  case each day.    $$
