Seas 2 to 3 feet. Wave  Detail: North 3 feet at 5 seconds. Bay and inland waters a  moderate chop.  TUESDAY  Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Bay and inland waters rough.  FRIDAY  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming north 5 to  10 knots in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 feet, occasionally to  6 feet.
