   GMZ800-271330-  Synopsis for the coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Suwannee River-  716 PM EST Mon Jan 26 2026      .SYNOPSIS...  Strong high pressure building over the waters is causing the  gradient to tighten significantly with strong gusty north to  northwest winds and increasing seas across the eastern Gulf.  Hazardous marine conditions have developed as a few gusts to gale  force wind will be possible overnight. Winds and seas are  expected to decrease a bit Tuesday with seas slowly subsiding.  Moderate winds will stay around 15kts with 2-4 ft seas through the  week before another strong and cold high pressure center builds  into the region over the weekend with hazardous marine conditions  returning.    &&    $$

Wave Detail: Northwest 8 feet at  6 seconds, becoming north 9 feet at 8 seconds.  TUESDAY  North winds 20 to 25 knots, diminishing to 15 to  20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 7 to 9 feet, occasionally to  11 feet, subsiding to 5 to 8 feet, occasionally to 10 feet in the  afternoon. Wave Detail: North 9 feet at 7 seconds, becoming  northwest 7 feet at 8 seconds and northeast 1 foot at 5 seconds.  TUESDAY NIGHT  North winds around 15 knots with gusts up to  20 knots.
