Waves 2 feet or less.  TONIGHT  South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest. A  chance of rain. Waves 2 feet or less.  WEDNESDAY  Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 40 knot  gales in the afternoon. Rain in the morning, then a chance of  rain in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 13 to  17 feet. Waves occasionally around 22 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Southwest gales to 40 knots becoming west.  Rain in the evening, then snow overnight. Waves 14 to 18 feet.  Waves occasionally around 23 feet.  THURSDAY  West gales to 40 knots. Snow likely during the day,  then snow Thursday night. Waves 14 to 18 feet subsiding to 11 to  15 feet. Waves occasionally around 23 feet.  FRIDAY  West gales to 35 knots diminishing to 15 to 20 knots.  Snow during the day, then a chance of snow Friday night. Waves  10 to 13 feet subsiding to 3 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around  16 feet.  SATURDAY  West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 15 to  20 knots.
