Light snow and a slight chance  of light rain in the late morning and early afternoon. Light snow  and light rain early in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.  SATURDAY NIGHT  West winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25  knots in the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy. Light rain  and a slight chance of light snow early in the evening. Waves 1 to 3  feet. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed.  SUNDAY  West winds 20 to 25 knots. Gusts to 30 knots in the  late morning and early afternoon. Partly cloudy becoming mostly  cloudy in the late morning and early afternoon becoming partly  cloudy.
