Waves 4 to  6 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.  SUNDAY  Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of rain. Waves  4 to 6 feet.  SUNDAY NIGHT  East winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 30 knots.  Rain in the evening...then rain and snow after midnight. Waves 6  to 9 feet building to 10 to 14 feet after midnight. Waves  occasionally around 18 feet.  MONDAY  South wind to 35 knot gales becoming northwest at 40  knot gales in the late morning and afternoon. Gusts to 45 knot  gales. Snow and rain in the morning...then snow in the afternoon.  Freezing spray in the afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times in the  morning. Waves 15 to 20 feet. Snow likely late in  the afternoon. A chance of snow late in the evening. Waves 14 to  18 feet subsiding to 8 to 12 feet late in the afternoon.
