Mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely  this evening, then partly cloudy with showers likely and a chance  of thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY  North winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots.  Mostly cloudy until late afternoon becoming partly cloudy. Waves  5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  North winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to  30 knots diminishing to 15 to 20 knots in the late evening and  overnight. Mostly clear. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally  around 8 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to  20 knots early in the afternoon. Sunny. Waves 4 to 6 feet.
