Mostly cloudy. Scattered flurries  in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  TONIGHT  South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 10 to  15 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy. Scattered flurries early  in the evening. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet after  midnight.  THURSDAY  West winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly cloudy with a slight  chance of light freezing rain and snow showers early in the  morning, then partly cloudy in the late morning and afternoon.  Waves 2 feet or less.  THURSDAY NIGHT  West winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the  southwest in the late evening and overnight.
