Partly cloudy with a slight chance  of light snow showers. Waves 6 to 9 feet building to 10 to 14 feet  after midnight. Waves occasionally around 18 feet.  TUESDAY  North winds 20 to 25 knots becoming northwest 10 to  15 knots in the late morning and early afternoon, then becoming  south 5 to 10 knots early in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves  8 to 12 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally around  15 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  South winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to  20 knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear. Waves  1 to 3 feet.  WEDNESDAY  South winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly sunny early in  the morning becoming partly cloudy.
