A chance of light snow in the morning, then  scattered light snow showers in the afternoon. Heavy freezing  spray in the afternoon. Waves 5 to 7 feet building to 6 to 9 feet  in the afternoon. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.  TONIGHT  North winds to 30 knots. Mostly cloudy. Scattered  light snow showers early in the evening, then a chance of light  snow in the late evening and overnight. Heavy freezing spray.  Waves 10 to 14 feet. Waves occasionally around 18 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest winds to 30 knots diminishing to 15 to  20 knots. Mostly cloudy becoming partly cloudy in the late  morning and early afternoon becoming mostly sunny. Heavy freezing  spray early in the morning. Waves 8 to 12 feet subsiding to 4 to  6 feet early in the afternoon. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest  15 to 20 knots in the late evening and early morning, then  becoming south 20 to 25 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy until  early morning becoming mostly cloudy. Waves 4 to 6 feet.
