MONDAY
South winds to 30 knots becoming southwest gales to
35 knot gales in the late morning and afternoon. Gusts to 40 knot
gales. Mostly cloudy until late afternoon becoming partly cloudy.
A chance of light rain early in the morning, then a slight chance
of light rain and snow in the late morning and early afternoon. A
chance of light snow early in the afternoon. Freezing spray early
in the afternoon. Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around
