Cloudy. A slight chance of  showers in the evening, then a chance of showers after midnight.  Waves 2 feet or less.  SUNDAY  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to  25 knots early in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy early in the  morning becoming partly cloudy. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to  2 to 4 feet in the late morning and afternoon.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds to 30 knots. Partly cloudy  becoming mostly cloudy in the late evening and early morning  becoming partly cloudy. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally  around 7 feet.  MONDAY  Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots. Partly cloudy early in  the morning becoming mostly cloudy. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
