Mostly clear. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to  20 knots early in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Waves 1 to 3 feet  building to 2 to 4 feet early in the afternoon.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Rain and a  slight chance of thunderstorms early in the evening, then rain  and a chance of thunderstorms in the late evening and overnight.  Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest 20 to  25 knots early in the afternoon. Rain early in the morning, then  light rain likely in the late morning and afternoon. Light snow  likely early in the afternoon. Waves 5 to 7 feet.
