Mostly cloudy with numerous  light snow showers this evening, then partly cloudy with isolated  light snow showers after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves  occasionally around 7 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots  becoming west 15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon. Partly  cloudy with isolated light snow showers. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves  occasionally around 7 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to  20 to 25 knots. Partly cloudy. Isolated light snow showers early  in the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet after  midnight.  FRIDAY  Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to  20 knots early in the afternoon. Partly cloudy.
