Gusts to 25 knots. Mostly clear in the  evening becoming mostly cloudy. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to  4 feet after midnight.  TUESDAY  South winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to  15 knots early in the afternoon. Gusts to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy  early in the morning becoming partly cloudy. A chance of showers  until late afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around  7 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the  north in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear.
