Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 5 to 7 feet after  midnight. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly sunny becoming  partly cloudy in the late morning and early afternoon becoming  mostly sunny. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around  10 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast  10 to 15 knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear.  Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet after midnight. Waves  occasionally around 7 feet.  THURSDAY  East winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy early in the  morning then clearing.
