Waves 1 to  3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet in the afternoon.  TONIGHT  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming east 10 to  15 knots after midnight. A slight chance of light rain early in  the evening, then rain and a chance of thunderstorms in the late  evening and overnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally  around 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY  East winds 10 to 15 knots backing to the north in  the late morning and early afternoon, then becoming northwest  15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon. A chance of thunderstorms  early in the morning. Light rain, then light snow early in the  afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30  knots. Becoming partly cloudy after midnight. Light rain and light  snow early in the evening. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally  around 10 feet.
