Mostly cloudy until late afternoon becoming  partly cloudy. A chance of snow early in the morning, then a  slight chance of light snow in the late morning and early  afternoon. Heavy freezing spray. Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves  occasionally around 12 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  West winds 10 to 15 knots backing to the  southwest after midnight. Partly cloudy.
