Mostly cloudy  with light snow likely. Freezing spray. Waves 8 to 12 feet. Waves  occasionally around 15 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Gusts to 30 knots  until late afternoon. Mostly cloudy until late afternoon becoming  partly cloudy. A chance of snow early in the morning, then a  slight chance of light snow in the late morning and early  afternoon. Heavy freezing spray.
