Cloudy. Numerous showers and  isolated thunderstorms in the morning, then numerous showers in  the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet in the  afternoon.  TONIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 15 to  20 knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear.  Scattered showers early in the evening, then isolated showers in  the late evening and early morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves  occasionally around 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly sunny early in  the morning becoming partly cloudy. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves  occasionally around 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast  10 to 15 knots in the late evening and overnight.
