Gusts to 35 knot  gales in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of light  snow late in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  TONIGHT  South winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to  20 knots in the late evening and overnight. Light freezing rain  and light sleet in the evening. Light snow. Rain, possible sleet  and freezing rain after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to  1 to 3 feet after midnight.  WEDNESDAY  South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. A chance of light snow early in the  morning. Light rain in the morning, then a chance of light rain  in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to  15 knots after midnight.
