A slight chance of light  snow late in the morning, then light snow in the afternoon. A  slight chance of light freezing drizzle. Waves 1 to 3 feet  building to 2 to 4 feet late in the afternoon.  TONIGHT  Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Gusts to 30 knots  early in the evening. Mostly cloudy early in the evening then  clearing. Light snow early in the evening, then a chance of light  snow in the late evening and early morning. Waves 4 to 6 feet.  Waves occasionally around 8 feet.  THURSDAY  West winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly sunny until late  afternoon becoming partly cloudy. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to  1 to 3 feet in the late morning and afternoon.  THURSDAY NIGHT  West winds 15 to 20 knots.
