Waves 1 to 3 feet.  SUNDAY  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots  in the late morning and afternoon. Cloudy with showers likely early  in the morning, then mostly cloudy with a chance of showers in the  late morning and early afternoon. Partly cloudy early in the  afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the late  morning and afternoon. Waves occasionally around 7 feet. A Small  Craft Advisory may be needed.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots.
