Patchy fog this morning. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TONIGHT  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to  20 knots. A slight chance of rain in the evening, then rain  likely overnight. Waves 2 feet or less.  SUNDAY  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south. Rain  likely in the morning, then rain in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet  or less.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west and  increasing to 35 knot gales overnight. Gusts up to 40 knot gales  increasing to 50 knot storms. Rain showers in the evening, then a  chance of rain showers and snow overnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet  building to 10 to 14 feet.    The water temperature at St. Joseph and at Michigan City is 37  degrees.    $$
