Partly  cloudy. Chance of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms  through midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet.  MONDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots veering north 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy in the morning then  becoming partly cloudy. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3  feet in the afternoon.  MONDAY NIGHT  North wind 5 to 10 knots veering northeast after  midnight. Mostly clear through midnight then becoming partly  cloudy. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TUESDAY  East wind 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. Waves 1 to  2 feet.    The water temperature off Michigan City is 51 degrees...and 51  degrees off St. Joseph.    $$
